Just had my first ever issue loading. They just got a code upgrade for their registers and the cashiers keyboard no longer recognizes when they swipe a card. Tried guest services as well and it didn't work there. They tried the extras card option and had me swipe but it said invalid card. Luckily they had a backup register with the old code (they said version 42, the new is 43) and everything worked fine on that one. They said they usually keep at least one register on the old code when they get updates in case they encounter bugs like this.
Hopefully this is just a bug or they need to learn how to load with this new version.
This is in Coon Rapids, MN. Anyone else encounter this yet?
