After sending email to airport authority (pniyot natbag) they replied as follows:
"Dear Mr. xxx,
Thank you for writing to us and I would like to reply as follows:
At present, as per the decision of the airport Management, this service is rendered only to those mentioned in the link you sent. This has been coordinated with the airlines and the service is rendered by the airport security.
At present the service is not rendered to Gold passengers of other airlines.
I will pass on your request to the Airport Management.
