I always thought that Dickens' Circumlocution Office was a very apt description of German bureaucracy, but once again this week I am reminded that it better describes Indian bureaucracy. Once again I was invited to 'write a note'. I have no idea why after filling out all those forms a letter written in Germanic handwriting on a scrap of paper provided by the clerk gets the job done. Ah well, I'm good for another year, at least!

10th jan onwards is what is expected for Paris on the 787. 3 787's have been delivered in one week. 2 are already here and another is expected in next 2-3 days.
