I've read through the long list of options in the first post and followed a few links.

I want a no hassle service where we get picked up inside the terminal, no matter what (regardless of the fact that we are not corporate customers) and have a clean car (couldn't care less about a 'limo') with a friendly driver to take us to our hotel in Manhattan.

Money being not a major issue, which is the most reliable service?
