I got a targeted Citi 50k AA offer in the mail, but I recently got approved and got my card for the Citi Business 75K AA. Will I be considered a new customer if I apply for the Citi Personal 50K offer? Can I can pass this targeted offer to my husband who is not on my Citi business card however he was a Citi personal AA customer about 3 years ago? Can you pass targeted offers to other people?
