Can I just pitch in with my car experiences from the other week?

Bear in mind i only had a UK cellphone with me....

LGA-Downtown
I booked limores
After landing, turned the phone on to find an automated voicemail and two text messages saying the car was there.
Walked out, car well signposted with the confirmation number on the side.
Driver very pleasant and got me through the traffic.
Total fare incl tips & tolls was $62.53 for a luxury sedan. ^

Wall Street-LGA
I booked Carmel as Limores was a lot more expensive.
No contact from Carmel so 5 mins after agreed pick up, I got on the phone to them. Said they'd put me through to a dispatcher and left me hanging for 3 minutes before I gave up and called back (International cell phone so probably $2/min for me).
I repeated this three times before telling them to cancel the job and I waded in to get a yellow cab. First two were nearing shift change, but finally found someone to do the job, whilst fending off other people trying to get me to take a random limo that was parked up.

Yellow cab, including a generous tip, came in at $40 total in pretty crummy traffic going up the BQE.

I'd definitely take Limores/Groundlink again, and recommend them to others too! Carmel - you can go whistle....
