Nope, not a misprint. I did a 10K HA to 20K HHonors transfer a couple of weeks ago. Took about a week to post.
It's a bit of a cumbersome process: You call the HA Miles Service Center, tell them what you want to do, and then they "send it over" to "sales" to effect the transfer. But first you get a phone call from "sales" verifying that you indeed want to do this, that your HA account name and HHonors account name are an exact match (including middle initial or lack thereof). Finally, you are told that the transfer will be done and will take "4-8 weeks" and are given an HA reference number in case something goes awry.
Hilton HHonors Transfer Requests:
Please allow 10-15 business days for processing.
The name on the Hilton HHonors account must match that of the HawaiianMiles account. Miles are sent in increments of 5,000 miles and will create 10,000 Hilton HHonors points. Per the terms and conditions, third-party loyalty program mileage transfers are not allowed.
That last sentence means that you can't transfer, say, from Amex and then transfer onward to HHonors.
