Quick update on Eastern...
If you create a profile, they have a point system which basically gives you $1 off for every $20 you spend.
EWR to Brooklyn is $50 + $8 in tolls (to go through Manhattan). Pay with a credit card & they charge a $6 fee - cash is cheaper for them. The credit card fee is a little high, but still overall cheaper than many others.
I'm arriving at EWR around 9pm on a Monday night in February, so can't take Amtrak to NYP & the subway home - but even that's $27 for Amtrak - but it's after the last train leaves EWR area.
Does $64 for EWR-Crown Heights/Brooklyn seem reasonable? I feel that it is, but am curious if others don't think so.
