For this kind of thing I use Cloverdale/Big Apple. I have been using them for more than 15 years and they have never, repeat
never, missed a pickup and have been a few minutes late only a couple of times.
They will charge about $135-140 plus tolls, tip, parking, and wait time, if any, for Meet and Greet at baggage claim in a Merc or Bim. It will probably be a bit less if you arrange to meet outside and they do not need to park and come in to the terminal. 718-236-1000
