Service not available /paper ticket issue when using discount codes -workaround
I just tried a booking using the Century in the Making 10% code. When I finally clicked "purchase" I got a "Service Not Available" error.
I spoke with Web Services, and she said that they'd been seeing this quite a bit on FF. I tried IE with her, but it happened again.
She suggested a way around this that worked:
Instead of entering the code at the end (Passenger Information screen), enter it at the beginning. This got around the "Service not available" error.
As for the Paper Ticket issue-she said that this comes up when using "Search by Price and Schedule" with a discount code. It doesn't seem to happen (and didn't for me ) with "Search by Schedule." So, use Price and Schedule to find what you want. When actually going to book, do it again by Schedule. Something of a pain until they fix it, but it seems to work.
I did a search in the thread, but didn't see this posted. Probably not a bad idea to being it to the front anyway.
