I'm pretty sure you can get 59k. Not sure if you can link the accounts for an additional 1k, but I am trying this combination out now. I already got the 30k card, the 5k USA, and am opening the 20k checking today.
Wonder if any Citibanks in Northern New Jersey will be open after December 29th and before December 31st, so I can do this. I've been meaning to dump BoA.
