Nothing has changed in terms of eligibility to the Arrivals Lounge at LHR (now that it's *A and not just UA): F, P, A, C, D, XF, XC all get in. NC (upgrade to business from economy) does not qualify. Nor does discounted business (Z). 1K does not qualify.
One thing that has changed from the old UA Arrivals Suite in T3 is that you cannot purchase access to the *A Arrivals facility. This louge is beyond security in the departures hall (upstairs actually).
If you are in transit from a TATL UA flight to another *A carrier, then you can use the *A lounge, which is airside if you are: F, P, A, C, D, Z, XF, XC, NC. There are showers in that lounge.
