Urine Stench Delays AA Flight

On July 9, an American Airlines flight from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) to Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) allegedly experienced a delay due to a strong “urine smell” that filled the aircraft cabin.

“We brought in a new aircraft and the flight has since departed approximately 4.5 hours late,” said American spokesperson Leslie Scott. “We apologize to our customers for the inconvenience.”
