United Partners With LGBT Association, Will Allow for More Jobs

United Airlines has entered into a new partnership with the National Gay Pilots Association (NGPA) that will see the carrier offering work for members of the group. “The National Gay Pilots Association closely reflects United’s working together culture – based on dignity, inclusion and respect,” said United’s managing director of diversity and inclusion, Greg Jones.

The deal – which makes United a “Diamond Level” partner with the organization – will also allow for a scholarship to one LGBT aviator.
