Online Southwest Check-In Disrupted by Glitch

After an issue in the functionality of its online check-in system on Tuesday resulting in several complaints on social media, a spokesperson for Southwest Airlines claims that the carrier is working to restore full service to the website. The glitch is alleged to have prevented customers from checking in to their booked flights.

Although the malfunction allegedly lasted for approximately 12 hours, cancellations and delays have persisted.
