Mom, Toddler Ejected From Flight on Runway After Booze Row

View looking straight down the only runway currently at London's Gatwick Airport in Sussex. The airport's management would like to build an additional runway, facing some local opposition.

A woman, her two children, and three other passengers were removed from a British Airways flight because of an altercation induced, in part, by alcohol consumed prior to boarding. According to bystanders, the woman had allegedly become intoxicated at a bar in Tenerife-South Airport (TFS) and subsequently engaged in a loud argument with her party about being a “benefits mum.”

One flyer complained about the incident on Twitter, and British Airways apologized for the incident.
