Loose Drink Cart Injures 3 on Recent Flight

After a beverage cart became loose on an American Airlines flight to Charlotte Thursday, three people, including a flight attendant, were injured. The affected passengers received medical attention once the plane landed and one person is still being evaluated.

FA purser on AA flight a couple months ago on new A321 was so distracted with his iPhone from boarding thru liftoff that he never bothered to secure catering carts. Yes, they came flying out and one tipped over with broken glass, porcelain and food all over the floor. Luckily, the tipped over cart acted like a road block from the other wild carts.
