Federal Air Marshal Halts Rockstar Couple’s Sad In-Flight Performance

The celebrity spouses reportedly shared a public and violent meltdown on cross country flight this Sunday, fortunately a federal air marshal was onboard to prevent an second encore.

A quarrel in the first class cabin of a Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) bound American Airlines flight turned violent shortly after takeoff on Sunday. The cabin crew managed tho separate the feuding married couple at first, but when the heated exchange reignited a short time later, a federal air marshal was forced to step in.

The midair domestic dispute not only involved two minor celebrities and required the intervention of an agent of the US Department of Homeland Security, but bizarrely the incident was also witnessed and first reported on by adult film star and former California gubernatorial candidate Mary Carey. The porn star was seated just a few seats away from former The Voice runner-up Juliet Simms and her husband, Black Veil Brides frontman Andy Biersack as the argument escalated into something more serious.

“I mean it looked like she [Simms] had drinks,” Carey told TMZ. “Then she was yelling and screaming and arguing with him [Biersack] … I heard Andy scream ‘Ouch! Ouch!’ – real loud- and that’s when she punched him.”

A video of the sad spectacle seems to back up Mary Carey’s play-by-play of the raw exchange between the two musicians. According to eye witnesses, Simms was eventually handcuffed after she twice failed to heed crew members’ warnings to settle down. Simms was taken into custody and released soon after the flight landed at LAX. Both spouses are said to be cooperating with an ongoing FBI investigation into the matter.

The pair later told TMZ that they were both doing “fine” after the incident. The singers are still together and blamed the unfortunate ordeal on a few too many drinks.
