Check Out Lufthansa’s New Lighting Technology

Lufthansa has unveiled a new lighting technology onboard its Airbus A350-900 aircraft, which will enter service beginning February 10 between Munich and Delhi.

In a statement, the airline said it’s the first airline across the globe to offer the LED technology, which settings are  “designed to fit with the day and night-time biorhythms” of passengers. The lights will also “emulate a pleasant restaurant atmosphere on board during mealtimes.”

The company also said that it eventually plans to install the lights in its Boeing B747-800 planes.
