Quick update - we were back at The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland last weekend for two nights and stayed in the Junior Presidential Suite (located on the 12th Floor). I've posted a few photos below. Last time we were there was in 2009 and we stayed in an Executive Suite on the Club Floor (14th Floor) and also had many other rooms booked at the hotel (see my previous post in this same thread).
Room
The Junior Presidential Suite (along with the other two specialty suites) is in different decor and colors than the other suites/rooms in the rest of the hotel (I much prefer the decor in these specialty suites over the decor in the post-renovated rooms/suites). The suite is located at the end of the 12th floor, facing the river. It includes a small marble entry foyer, living area with 2 couches, and dining area with a 4 seat table. Plush carpeting throughout. A separate bedroom area with a large bed, desk, and chaise. There are 2 full bathrooms in the suite. The one in the bedroom includes a tub, shower, toilet and one sink. The other bathroom, off the small foyer, included a combo tub/shower, toilet, and one sink. There were fresh flowers throughout as well.

Club Lounge
The Club lounge is on the 14th floor, so we had to take the elevator each time to utilize it. The Club Staff is great at this property and they all remembered us from our last visit. Food offerings are great as well. Kudos to Emily as she runs a great Club Floor. Many of the rest of the staff that we met in 2009 are still at the property and great to see familiar faces. While it may not be up to par with some top properties across the world, as others have mentioned, this is the best option in Cleveland.
Service
Also to note, the GM was present and visible all throughout our stay and made sure everything was ok. This was contrary to our stay previously when he was not very visible at all. We also used the $85 dinner credit for lunch one day and ordered two glasses of wine along with our food. I know typically these credits exclude tip, alcohol, etc but, in all our travels, I have never been charged for any of these and typically the full bill (as long as it was under the credit amount) was removed from our folio. The RC Cleveland did, however, stick to the rules and charged us for the alcohol accompanied with our lunch. See photos below:
