Overall
I highly recommend this property. It is the premier Marriott property in the city. It has a great location for leisure or business visits. The platinum recognition was very good. It is the most expensive property within Bonvoy.
Check In
I had a very late check in, at around 02:00 at night. There was no staff at this time to assist with luggage, which did not surprise me. I had booked for only one night.
I had notified them in advance of my late arrival. They kept the room open for me.
They recognized me as a Titanium member.
I had booked the entry level room and was upgraded to a Heritage Room.F
Further I was offered 1000 points as an amenity since they do not have a lounge. I had the option of breakfast or 750 points.
Room
The room was in excellent condition.
The bathroom was really large and had a wonderful free-standing bathtub.
Free-standing bathtub
Plenty of towels
A door that at one time opened to another room. It seemed a bit strange.
Plenty of power points and workspace.
The bed was really comfy
The light fixtures were all very unique.
Plenty of toiletries
The showe had really good water pressure. The marble might not be to your taste, but I enjoyed it.

Service
I appreciated the in-room platinum amenity that was provided. There were also two bottles of water.
The pralines were really tasty. The fruit made its way into the office where we ate it over the course of the day. Very yummy!
The digital key feature did not seem to work.
The hotel did not respond to chat messages before check in, but they did respond after check in.
The check out process was fast and there were no issues. The invoice was sent by email.
Location
This property has a very central location in the Old Town, right next to the national bank.
The hotel was once a bank. You can go on personalized tours related to the hotel's history for 25 EUR.
The facade of this hotel is very attractive and upscale. I also felt they do a wonderful job at exterior illumination. This is definitely a top address in the city.
If the Marmorosch is not your taste, or you want a place to stay at a lower price point, then consider the Moxy Old Town which is just as centrally located and about 1-2 minutes away. Both hotels allow for easy access by door to all the central shops, sites, restaurants, bars, etc.
Dining
Breakfast was served from 6:30-11:30 daily. I found this to be very generous opening hours. I did not partake since I was not feeling so well. However, I did look at the buffet breakfast and it looked really good. There is a large omelette station and a wider selection of foods.
