The booking process was a nightmare and took two hours of my time, only to be dissatisfied in the end.  Was booking three rooms and we promised the parents of the bride that we would  be part of the wedding block that they reserved.

The Sheraton gouged our friends (parents of the bride) with rooms that cost much more than their own quoted prices on the website.  They refused to accommodate to that, which put us in the awkward position of cancelling and rebooking to get the fair price, but that would have taken us out of the block.  After two hours (and emails to "customer service" Marriott headquarters because they now own the Sheraton) I was basically told to drop dead.  The did promise that they would not penalize our friends if I dropped out of the block.  

I rebooked my room, but on arrival, they failed to honor that booking and put us in a room we did not book.  By the time I managed to get someone in the place to locate the proper reservation, we had no time to change rooms.  

But that wasn't even the worst of it!  The hot water went out on the last night and was not repaired by the next day so ALL of us had to give up on showers except for one brave person (father of the bride!) who took a cold shower.  When we complained (at least five different people on five different occasions) we were told "This is the first we've heard of it!"

I am going to contest the charges, but each and every Sheraton person (at least 10 different ones) was hostile, nasty, unhelpful, threatening and shouldn't be in the hospitality business!  Avoid this hotel and maybe all Marriotts, judging from my past two experiences.....the rot goes to the top.
