As a regular to Adelaide over the last fifteen years I have struggled to find a hotel that ticks all the boxes. With only two executive lounge hotels that I rated worthwhile, the Hilton at one end of the shopping precinct and the IC at the other, both showing their age, it was pleasing to hear the “old” Crown Plaza was becoming a Pullman and getting a lounge.
The hotel itself is not too old, having opened in 2010, however it became a Pullman last year, while its lounge is barely a month old. With that in mind I will start with the lounge for the first part of the review.
