Hyatt Place Florence, South Carolina

This hotel is brand new in the Florence area and is about 4-5 miles off of I-95 so we decided to try it.  Check in was seamless, though the was no recognition of my status, nor that we were entitled to a free breakfast.  Luckily there was a card in the room advising of such.

The room was a standard single hotel room with a sectional sofa area with a King bed to the side.  Since the hotel is so new, everything was in good working order.

We arrived around 8pm and were starving.  Rather than go to one of the restaurants in the area, we were able to order food from the bar.  They had a limited selection of burgers, salads, and the like, and it was pretty good - and not that expensive, for a hotel.  I was surprised they served food at all, much less had a bar. 

Breakfast were the usual continental items, plus one hot item, and fruit & yogurt.  It was a pretty nice spread, considering it was free.

I would go back again.
