Wrapped up a quick one night stay here recently

Checked in on a Sunday. Front desk recognized me as a platinum ( am a diamond). We had a little back and forth about what the system showed but eventually was given an upgraded room.

Rooms are a little dated but clean, efficient and quiet.

In a even number room facing the roadway. Noise wasn't bad in the evening but there was a lot of road noise in the morning. I'd ask for an odd numbered room if I stay here again.

Asked for late checkout ( 4pm for Diamond) and was told the best they could do was 12:30. When I mentioned the diamond benefit, they said that was only on availability. I've checked the website and this availability disclaimer applies to resorts and casinos. This place is neither so I'll be calling back to discuss with the manager.

Hot tub was hot - towels were not stocked but some were brought out promptly

breakfast was fine and the local shopping center had great alternatives ( Peet's coffee, other dining options)
