This is a decent property near Downtown Portland.  Rooms are basic but nice enough...basically what you would expect from a HH/HP type property.  Large, but simple.  Check in was super easy and the ladies at the desk were friendly.  Did not have any issues during the stay.  Breakfast is only until 9am on weekdays and 10am on weekends, so that was a little rough.  Also, parking is $37 a day for valet with in and out privileges.  You can go down River Drive about a couple of hundred feet though, and there is an underground lot that charges $16 for 24 hours, $10 for 14 hours if you arrive in the evening, or $6 if you get there after 5pm and leave by 7am.  No in and out, but it is WAY cheaper, and it is about a 1 minute walk to the hotel.  If you are like me, and most people I presume, you mainly park in the evening and leave for the day, so this is ideal.  We used this lot each night and it was empty at night (gets super full during the day).  Overall, it was a fine property, and I would stay here again, although I do not plan on returning to Portland anytime soon.  I paid in the mid $100s a night, and that is about what I would value this place at...the nights that I regularly saw for 250 or even $300 are beyond absurd.
