Booked standard room on sale £80.50.  Online check in showed upgrade to Exec King.  Note all rooms are same size, exec is just on 8th floor.  Lounge is on 9th floor. Send them email to ask about suite, it was our anniversary.  They gave us one bed suite with no extra charge, much appreciated.

Check in busy but quick, all staff very friendly

Large room, photos here.  Room 830, top floor.

Small dressing, cupboard as you enter to the left.  Bathroom with bath and seperate shower.

King bed, TV and then into livign rooms with further TV, work desk.  This has connecting door to another bedroom if needed.

Decent room with good views.  No Diamond extra's any more, just water in room.

Service

Excellent.  Breakfast was only part where staff did not seem as pleased to help.  Asked for juice, told it was at buffet, where they had large jugs to pour as you sit, she did go and get when I mentioned that.

Dining

Went to lounge around 1630.  Just tea and coffee and some fruit/snacks.  No afternoon tea

 

Evening, good range of food.  Lentil curry, meatballs, cheese, salmon and noodles.  Red/White wine, beers.  Seemed to get drinks if you asked as well.  I dont drink so cant comment.

 

Very good service though, nice staff.

 

Breakfast in main restaurant.  Good selection, and everything hot and fresh and they have Nutella Muffins!

Location

Plenty of connections to get to.  Easiest is Wembley Park underground with Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines.

 

 

Overall

Would recommend, but there are large groups and weddings on.  Perfect for shops and excellent service.  Good gym, missed pool as it was a zoo!
