HAMPTON INN & SUITES NORTHWEST/MEDICAL CENTER

This hotel was a choice between 3 hotels in the area. I needed to stay for 3 nights and chose this hotel due to having a jacuzzi, big mistake in hindsight.

I general and poor value for money, and a poor representation of brand standards. 

Pool area was fille with trash not was it cleaned during my visit even after informing staff. 

Elevator panel had a button missing and they were aware of it. This left a hole where a child could easily get their finger stuck/cut. They covered  it with tape after I suggested it and made them realize it's a liability issue.

There were three large thrash bags in the public areas of my hallways for 48hours straight. Told staff no one cleaned them up till the last day!

Check in process was very friendly,  though in hindsight very in informative

No lines and welcome water bottle and soda were given. 

No mention of status other then the soda and water.

As a Diamond I  was assigned a room over the laundry room, as a result I had a old style vibrating bed when the machines were washing/drying. I immediately asked about that but I was assured they only operated between 9am and 4pm so I would be able to live with that. This turned out to be misinformation as they were running several times after 9pm and once still at 10pm

The room was a Kind room with separate toilet and shower rooms.

The tv is NOT infront of the bed nor infront of the sofa so more in the middle making watching tv rather uncomfortable. Something to be aware of.

Customer service at this hotel is NOT a management priority in my opinion as the service attitude from manager down is horrible.

I had made a complaint about their jacuzzi being ic cold (not working and according to hotel has not been working for a year) and yet it is front line center of the pool photos. The main reason I chose this hotel was th jacuzzi, I had mentioned this fact at check in and the lady did not inform me of the Jacuzzi now being a cold pool

Coffee dispensers were empty most of the time. Breakfast is limited to come items and there are not very many of those.

A bit off the side but with a car easily accessible. 

There is a 7-11 a JIMs restaurant and a BBQ place within walking distance. I highly recommend Jim's restaurant!

Very poor hotel, the cleaning, maintanence and management needs to be improved here.  I will not return, and I doubt I would book anymor Hamptons in the US either!
