A'ight, so after two nights I can report that it's just an ok stay. I would only come back if I had a meeting with Apple and wanted to be super close to their offices.

Everything is just... fine. With so many Hilton choices in the area though there are better options, especially if you have status.

Things that bugged me:

  1. Breakfast doesn't start until 7am
  2. The free breakfast for gold/diamond consists of a $10 credit or the continental, which is just the menu continental and consists of a single pastry, bowl of fruit, and coffee.
  3. The wifi stopped working throughout the hotel last night
  4. Couldn't figure out how to get heat to blow in the rooms, and wound up being cold both nights
  5. My bill had a random restaurant charge on it that wasn't mine

The furnishings are nice and access to 280 is simple. There's a Starbucks with a Clover machine across the street, and a good donut shop down the road. Wifi was 7.25/9.86 which is excellent for a Hilton property.

This is far from a bad hotel, but for a hotel that's in their "boutique" hotels collection it's really just another DoubleTree without the DoubleTree breakfast.
