I had a number of issues during my one night stay (eleven to be exact). I wrote a negative TA review, which was obviously just a brief summary of what had occurred. I expected the GM to respond by leaving his email address so that we could discuss the matter in more detail. Unfortunately, I was given one of those awful cut and paste jobbies that some lazy GM's seem to throw up. I contacted Hilton Customer Care for an email address. They contacted the hotel on my behalf and said management would get back to me "immediately". Two weeks later and still no response. In short: nowhere near the level of service one should expect from a five star property and the worst club lounge I've ever visited. There are some truly wonderful resorts in Bali. This most definitely isn't one of them!
