Check In

Check in works just fine. The staff is friendly and efficient. However, check out is a major concern. There are only two desks at the reception and there always seems to be a queue for check out in the morning. I once had to wait for 20+ minutes to check out and the other time still about 10 minutes which I find unacceptable fo

Location

The hotel is conveniently located close to the university disctrict and the Hamburg exhibition center. Nice resuatrants, bars and cafes are in the vicinty. The hotel can be reached easily by public transport and train, but also has a private parking lot, which is not always common for European city hotels.

Room

I have stayed in two different rooms to far. They are average size

Service

I canot comment on the service as I have always only stayed for one night. But the rooms are clean and I never had any issues and would expect service to be ok.

Overall

Overall this is an ok hotel for a decent price. You get exactly what you pay for: a standard hotel for a competitive rate. I would not pay more than 80 Euro
