Location

This hotel is a 7-10minute walk from the Tokyo Station and 5-10min from Ginza. I love the location of this hotel!

Overall

I stayed here 2 years ago and thought it was great, and my most recent trip was even better. The hotel is small - 3 floors of an office building. The reception is on floor floor.

They have a decently sized workout room. No windows.

Room

The rooms feel small but not cramped - they remind me of European rooms. The rooms are functional though. They are kept well.

Dining

Breakfast is at the Lava Rock restaurant on floor 1. It is delicious and has good variety.

For Gold and Plats there is a fridge in the lobby with complimentary water, pop, beer and some snacks (fruit/candy).

Also for Plats (and I believe Golds), from 530-730p the offer what they call light meals in the restaurant on the ground floor. It is not light at all. It is a full meal and there is a decent amount to choose from (smoked salmon, ceasar salad, pasta, cheeseburge, alcohol, etc.). They are full-sized portions and it is all complimentary.  I am not sure if this is a permanent offer but it was a great value.
