I have stayed here a number of times. The staff is friendly and the service is good. Rooms are updated and the showers are fantastic. I believe all the rooms in the wilshire tower have balconies with chairs and tables (some also have chaise lounges), which is nice for getting some fresh air.

Only a couple of cons. No in room coffee maker, no executive lounge and not many close food options. Trader Vic's bar menu is limited.
