AC Hotel General Alava [Master Thread]

I had checked in using mobile check in in the app. Our keys were prepared. We still needed to have both our passports scanned and to fill out the registration form. I was offered a daily F&B credit or 500 points. 
 

We were thanked for Ambassador loyalty. W

The family room was a long room and quite spacious  the entrance area had two seating areas  but without a second television.

We felt the radiator made the room seem a bit outdated  

The minibar was full and there is a Nespresso machine  

The design is very dark  We thought it worked well  

The bed was very comfortable. Each bedside had one free PowerPoint, but no USB outlets  

The shower had vey good water pressure  Unfortunately they offered single use toiletries  

The double basin worked well for us. Plenty of towels were available

The hotel is conveniently located for reaching most central sites on foot. We also found free street parking fairly easily.
