Returned to the PH Paris for two nights as part of our Grand Tour of Europe. I booked a standard room on points around six months prior. I specifically requested a view of the Rue de la Paix. We always like to do the PH Paris prior to the Hotel Martinez.
Pre arrival communication with the hotel was excellent and we used the hotel car to the airport and Meet & Assist on departure because of the mess that European airports had become.
Check In
Despite performing OLCI at 7AM that day, the app never notified me that the room was ready. Following a truly terrible stay at the HR AMS, I was expecting a room not to be ready at official check in time.
The app didn’t confirm the room as being ready so I was worried for another experience of waiting beyond check in time which was entirely unjustified.
Arrived at the hotel and the Guest Relations Manager Cecile greeted us and said “We’ve blocked two rooms for you. One is the Deluxe with the view, however I also have a stunning Prestige Suite you might like?”
She escorted us to the suite and despite the Courtyard view it was stunning and had two full bathrooms. My jaw dropped when we arrived in the room and she could see the joy on my face. On this vacation we are taking it slow so spending more time in the room than usual and it was wonderful to just relax and rest in.

We avoided the buffet and ordered Eggs Benedict with some sides and they were fine. Not as mid blowing as I recall, but they also provided Watermelon juice that we requested.
We ordered room service several times and it was delivered promptly, well laid out and suited our needs.
The welcome amenity for our special occasion was very much appreciated.
Service
We didn't partake in much other services, other than to say the Concierge handled lots of request efficientlly, often answering within an hour or several hours, max. The Concierge secured a last minute reservation at Monsieur Dior which was appreciated.
We arrived on the Eurostar and upon arrival were informed that the A1 was under construction during our stay. Our driver was efficient and excelled at navigating back roads through the suburbs to get to the airport. Had this been an Uber or other service I highly doubt we would have been so well looked after.
Meet & Assist Greeter was waiting exactly where we pulled up to due to semless communication with the driver. Travelling hand luggage only on AF J and a domestic flight at 13:20, it was rather unecessary as the Skypriority area had no queues at all. But I paid for the peace of mind and have no regrets.
Overall
Overall, we still have such wonderful memories of the PH Paris and will always consider it our Parisian residence.
The GM and team go above and beyond and delivered another memorable stay.
