I’m platinum. Trying to book reward ticket for AMS-ORD on KLM flight in Sep. I thought I could choose economy comfort for free? But there isn’t any seats available for choosing (I don’t think all comfort seats are sold out). Is this always the case that platinum member doesn’t get economy comfort for free while booking award tickets? Thanks.
