There is a large dining room/cafeteria seating area, which I find curious as the food options are meager. The outlets/USB ports here are located under the bench seating. Note the overhang - it is difficult to get to these outlets without kneeling. And they are not spaced proportional to the tables, so your outlet may be under the table next to you, making for an awkward situation. You can see the check in desk at the back of the picture.
