Arab League summit on Sunday ( Cairo) failed to achieve Saudi goals: several Arab states (14) abstained from or voted against the anti-Hizb/Iran statement which labeled Hizb as terrorist as it did last year. Al-Jubeir can't influence the Umma :-)
