No pre-order when the upgrade clears a few hours before! I believe the on board options presented were Chicken Parmesan or... a pasta? I normally can remember but I was very tired. I noticed the Centennial Beef Wellington must have been on pre-order and several passengers had chosen it - it looked like they were enjoying it as well?
