My guesthouse in Milan did not offer breakfast (plus I had to leave there around 6:30am for the 50km train ride to MXP), so I planned to eat at the lounge. Very so-so lounge and food, it would have scored a few more points had the yogurt not been practically as thin as whole milk. There was no granola but I ended up dumping some cocoa rice puff cereal in to make it edible.
