BTC lobster thermidor SQ22 (SIN-EWR): A classic that was done right. Nicely cooked lobster and as always the thermidor sauce was rich but tasty. Potatoes were good but tbh I’m not a fan of the squash/pumpkin, but that’s personal taste.
