BTC Slow cooked beef filet on SQ21 (EWR-SIN): This also wasn’t that good, but not as bad as the burger. The potatoes and mushrooms were actually quite tasty, but there was no sauce to accompany the meal, which should’ve been provided as per the menu. The beef itself was a dry hockey puck.
