The roasted queso fresco appetizers was one of the most bizarre dishes I've eaten on a plane. It's like it was designed by AI: "southwest corn and black beans, guacasalsa, and Arabic fried croutons". It seemed like the "Arabic fried croutons" were added to the dish when it was assembled, so they had no crisp to them and seemed stale. A month later and my wife and I make Arabic fried crouton jokes. I ate the whole thing. I like cheese and this cheese was firm and tasted fine.
