Toiletries razor ...no shaving cream. All plastic as one piece (cream not hidden). Went to Front-desk, Deputy GM and colleague opened 5 more boxes and no cream. Me: never had this experience in 000's of hotel nights. No one at hotel mentioned? Deputy GM: you guessed it ...only provide when guests ask for it. Me: no one checked a sample of the boxes of cream, toothpaste, etc when order arrived ?
