Minced beef patty with water chestnut and aged mandarin peel served on clay pot rice, accompanied by Chinese preserved sausage, pumpkin. Yeaah don't get this. I don't know what I was thinking when I chose this. The try to replicate the clay pot rice by adding some hard bits of rice on top, and it just doesn't work. Didn't enjoy the beef patty. For claypot rice dishes, I I feel like it needs something more salty or fatty. I didn't like this combo.
