Appetizer - green salad with chicken and (I believe) grains, eg quinoa Main course - beef tenderloin, scalloped potatoes, broccoli, roll and butter Dessert - chocolate mousse presented on a chocolate wafer All in all, pretty good, especially the beef and potatoes. I found the dessert too rich, but can see others would like it.
