The entrance still gave away that the hotel was named Hotel Kaiserhof, but the previous owners renovated it and named it Fleming's Hotel. The Spark hotel, just like the one in Stuttgart, is now run by a German operator called Aspire, which is run by people who previously held positions at other German hotel operators (mostly Hampton/HIX).
