Custard tard and chocolate mousse. Tart is its usual self - I like it though would prefer it without the nutmeg. Cassis and cassis cream nowhere to be found chocolate mousse is poor it doesn’t taste of chocolate which kills the point. The trifle is my preferred dessert this month (though I prefer the Christmas mandarin and chestnut version!) but wanted to vary a little.
