Halibut and beetroot salad. Halibut: Interestingly the t3 and t5 versions taste fairly different - the t5 being much less mayonnaise-y and to me much better. Beetroot - as many know, the roast veg salads are often my preferred dishes in the ccr. This one is very good but I think the pickled onions are a mistake and the dish would be a lot better without.
