We had these shades installed when we moved here 5+ years ago. Last week I noticed one of the shades wasn’t working. Upon inspection, I saw the one of the cables had frayed preventing the shade from moving up or down. We called the company yesterday. The guy came out this morning and installed a new cable and everything is working perfectly. And the best part, no charge. It’s so nice to work with reputable companies who stand behind their product and are timely and responsive!
